The campaign includes

Up to a 30-day step challenge, preceded by a three-day registration period. The challenge is featured on the app’s homepage until joining. From the moment of joining, the challenge can be found on the challenges tab.

All app users who have enabled notifications will receive a push notification when the challenge is set up, alerting them to the new challenge. By tapping on the notification, users will be taken directly to the challenge campaign page.

A personal project manager assists with setting up campaigns, drafting texts, provides interim summaries, and offers ongoing solutions to make the collaboration even more successful.

Each company can upload up to three different promotional offers. These promotions work perfectly as a sales boosting, where the user receives a discount code from the app, which can be used in the client’s online store, physical store, or service point.

We actively cover all challenges and offers on FitSphere’s social media channels (Facebook page, Facebook group, Instagram and Tiktok).

In the FitSphere newsletter, we always feature all promotional offers and active campaigns. Major campaigns are also highlighted as the lead story in the newsletter.

At the end of the campaign, we provide a detailed overview of both marketing and ESG-based metrics. The summary includes, among other things, the number of views, impressions, and clicks, view frequency, CO2 savings, and, of course, the total number of steps collected.
